(1) waterproof mortar
KFA can be used to make high-performance waterproof mortar for ordinary cement mortar. For reference, a 1:3 (weight ratio) or 1:2.5 cement mortar can be added to 10 kg of KFA per m3. This is equivalent to adding 5 kg of KFA per ton.
(2) Corrosion-resistant mortar formulation
KFA waterproof mortar has a certain degree of corrosion resistance, and general corrosion is no problem.
If you need to enhance the role of corrosion resistance, you can increase KFA dosage.
The twist of the above formula is about 6cm~8cm, which is slightly dryer than the ordinary mortar. However, it does not affect the work performance. The mortar is “lipid”, and it will be better as a shotcrete, and the effect is excellent. If artificial plastering is required, naphthalene or carboxylate water reducer can be properly added to suit the worker's operation. The dosage is about 0.5% of the amount of cement, but the amount of water must not be arbitrarily increased. The sand is preferably graded quartz sand or washed sand.
(3) Wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant flooring formulations
Corrosion-resistant and corrosion-resistant flooring can have three methods depending on the requirements and construction conditions. Thin wipe, thickness about 3mm~5mm.
When the initial layer of concrete or mortar in the grass is thin, it will be better to combine with the grass. When the upper layer is set, it will be calendered and polished and polished.
When the initial setting, it is calendered and polished and polished.
Usage note: When mixing concrete, please add according to the above recommended amount of water. Add 7.5 to 10 kg of KFA powder per m3 of fine stone concrete formula. Please add KFA powder to water beforehand. The KFA dry powder can be directly added, and the mixing time is at least 5-7 minutes. When the concrete mix hardens, only 0.5 kg of water can be added per m3 of concrete formulation and mixed for 3 to 5 minutes. Mixing time is an important factor affecting the quality of the concrete. The slump needs to be about 10cm. During the construction, continuous stirring is required and the stirrer cannot be turned off. Water-reducing agents, such as carboxylic or naphthalenesulfonic acids, can be added in accordance with engineering needs, but the amount can be reduced by half.
Ultra-fine grouting and repair of cement: Adding about 2.0 to 2.5% of KFA to ordinary portland cement (Portland cement) can turn into ultra-fine cement, which can repair cracks.
